It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Horton of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Myron and Helen E. Horton (Connole); and her brother Don Horton. She is survived by: her sister Shirley Hemme (Bob) of Manhattan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
