He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; his stepmother Evelyn Thompson; his sister Elaine; and his half-sisters, Marlene Todd and Sandra Newman.
He is survived by: his half-brother Gary Vernon (Phyllis) of Norfolk, VA; and his stepsisters, Marilyn Clevenger (Bob) and Sandy Weiand of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (119 N Summit St, Girard, KS 66743). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
