It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Haug of Lyons, Kansas, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McElroy and Diane McElroy (Alexander); and her daughter Nicole Love. She is survived by: her husband Keith Haug; her children, Thane Haug of Lawrence, KS, Chance Haug, April Dean (Antwon) of Hutchinson, KS and Meagan Taylor of Medicine Lodge, KS; her brothers, Mike McElroy (Christy) of Kansas City, KS, John McElroy (Kay) of Ellsworth, KS and Ron McElroy (Arthur) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Serayah, Tirah, Levi Dean, Brooklyn, Autumn, Landen Haug and Courtland Love; and her great grandchildren, Kendrick and Rose Love.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or American Lung Association in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
