He was predeceased by: his stepfather Harold Hale; and his brother John Wayne Hale. He is survived by: his parents, Anna Belle Starnes Hale of Lyons, KS and Sammy Mask of Georgia; his sons, Samuel Hale Jr. (Eraina) of Topeka, KS, John Hale (Stephany) of Stillwater, OK and Harold Hale of Miami, OK; his brother John Duane Hale; his half-brother Troy Mitchell; and his sister Katherine Campbell (Craig) of Lyons, KS. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family suggests memorials be given to Birzer Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
