With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naoma Jean Peverley of Lyons, Kansas, born in Geneseo, Kansas, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Naoma Jean Peverley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddward Taylor and Maude Taylor (Kerr); and her husband William Downing "Big D" Peverley. She is survived by: her son Rick Peverley (Sally) of Hamilton, MT; and her grandchildren, Andy Simpson (Lindsey), Wyatt Peverley (Catherine), Brandi Peverley (Dale Hoch), Dustin Frost (Lindsey) and Nickia Larsen (Andy). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Geneseo United Methodist Church or the Northern Rice County Food Bank in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
