She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blazina and Helen Brozek Blazina; her former husband Ivan Dean Cox; her spouse O. B. Immesote; her son Douglas Dean Cox; her brother Joseph Allen Blazina; and her grandson Chris Lynn Evel.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Dale Cox of Hutchinson, KS, Ivan Dean Cox Jr. (Lori) of Hutchinson, KS, Michael Shawn Immesote, Kimberly Ann Slaight (Justin) of Ellsworth, KS and Anna Marie Salinas of Lyons; and her sisters, Joan Peterman of Lyons, KS, Judy Henderson of Lyons, KS and Janet Herrman of Lyons, KS. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Friends of Animals Rice County in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
