She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Schultz and Anna Laura Schultz (Unruh). She is survived by: her husband Richard Siemens; her brother Donald Schultz (Kan); her children, Charlotte Siemens (David Sprunger), Kans, Doug Siemens (Lu Ann Zook), Newton and Kan; her grandchildren, Sam Sprunger (Ellie), Jacob Sprunger (Alžběta Lutzká), Anna Sprunger, Angus Siemens and Zoe Siemens; and her great grandchild Harvey Sprunger.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Bethel College.
