She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Antonio Hernandez, Monica Romero, Bill Cook and Mary Ann Scheuerman. She is survived by: her parents, Antonio Hernandez and Terri L. Cook Hernandez of Lyons, KS; her daughter Autumn Hernandez; and her sisters, Kimberly Kuykendall (Justin) of Lorena, TX and Veronica Nail (Steve Lang) of Hutchinson, KS. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
