He is survived by: his spouse Marcia Cook (Gillin); his daughter Mathilde Strubbe (Doug); his brother Sam Cook (Shirley); his grandchildren, Gillin, Grant, Mack, Mathilde, Jill, Charlotte and Curtis; his nieces and nephews, David, Bud, Brandie and Samantha; and also Marissa (Soliguen).
