She is survived by: her husband Donzil Houpt; her children, Eric Houpt of Olathe, KS, Dawn Jesberg (Michael) of Spring Hill, KS and Darin Houpt (Amy) of Vader, WA; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Jesberg (Melissa) of Paola, KS, Ethan Jesberg of Spring HIll, KS, Shannon Gilmore (Andy) of Kansas City, MO, Sam Jesberg (Abby) of Overland Park, KS and Laura Houpt of Vader, WA.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Children's Mercy Hospital, 2401 Gillham Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.
