He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thompson and Audrey Gardner Thompson; his siblings, Charles Thompson, Ronald J. Thompson and Cathy Garrett; and his nephew Lance Bleigh.
He is survived by: his son Jamie Thompson (Elizabeth) of Leawood, KS; his siblings, John Thompson (Patti), Mary Harper (Mike), Sandy Drazba, Carol Wagner, Loretta Bleigh (Terry) and Dorothy Seppelt; and his grandchildren, Anna Thompson and Jacob Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation or the Northeast Missouri Humane Society.
