It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Davenport of Leavenworth, Kansas, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gerald W. Davenport. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Davenport; his former wife Annette Hamilton; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Hansen, Steven Thomas and Lynie Thomas; his niece Victoria Canady; his nephew Daniel Canady; his great-nephews, Evan, Ethan Cundell and Cooper Canady; his friend Stanley Buford; and his siblings, Sue Endress, Cindy Schultz, Sherry Quinteros and Bill Davenport.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to First Baptist Church.
