He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Sr. and Josephine Noone (Friguglietti); and his siblings, Barbara M. Donoghue, Margaret M. King, Jo-ann M. Nelson and James J. Noone Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Vittetoe; his stepson Scott A. Ruggles (Deborah) of Leavenworth; his granddaughters, Lauren N. Ruggles and Erin E. Ruggles; and his siblings, Mary E. Noone of Millbury, Mass., Aileen M. Bonczyk (Paul) of Clearwater, Fla. and Robert F. Noone (Cathrine) of Worcester, Mass.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
