She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Tolbert, Jr.; her daughters, Mimi Tolbert and Patricia Tolbert; and her parents, Agnes Sanders and Julian Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Del Valle, Mark Tolbert III, Marilynn Martin, Charles M. Tolbert, Alex Tolbert (Jesse), Martha Willis (Greg), Harry Tolbert and Philip Tolbert (Michele). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
