He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephriam Rusala and Beatrice Taylor (Horton); and his siblings, Vernon, Ephriam, Robert, Leon, Frank, Mabel, Louise and Anne Marie.
He is survived by: his children, LaVetta Taylor of Kansas City, MO, Nichelle Taylor and Sean Taylor (Mykie) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Jay Taylor (Alexis), Alishia Varner (Shawn), Janay Davis, Sean Taylor, Jr. and Kingston Taylor; his brother Ralph Taylor; and also Serenity Birdsong. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
