He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stanley Sr. and Josephine Theresa Urban (Maleski); and his son Ken Urban. He is survived by: his children, Eric of Houston, Michael (Natalie) of Gainesville, Fla. and Tammy Soetaert Goodrich (Mark) of Melvern, Kan.; and his brother Stanley Urban of Vancouver, Wash.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to St. Casimir Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
