He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward D. Lawrence and Margaret Lawrence (Cline); his wife Betty Jo Cunningham; his grandson Dillon Lawrence; and his grandson-in-law William Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki A. Newton, Robert K. Paige, James C. Lawrence, Gary M. Lawrence, John A. Lawrence, Robin L. Lawrence and David E. Lawrence. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
