She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuhn and Bertha Kuhn. She is survived by: her husband Harry W Backhus; her daughters, Nancy Heine (Michael) of Galena, MO and Janet Anderson of Overland Park, KS.; her granddaughters, Dr Rebecca Dobbins (Jared) of South Coffeyville, OK, Rachel Aden (Justin) of Springfield, MO and Dr Rosalyn Price (Tyler) of Overland Park, KS.; and her great grandchildren, Connor Dobbins, Maria, Tristan and Stella Price. She is also survived by Her husband, parents, her sister and one brother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Vitas Hospice.
