She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Felder and Rebecca Felder; her daughter Evelyn Minnis; and her siblings, Wallace Felder, T. J. Felder, Dorothy Bolden and Artlee King.
She is survived by: her sons, Ivan Minnis (Rachel) and Mark Minnis; her grandsons, Ian Minnis and Kyle Minnis; her brother Clarence Felder; and her sister-in-law Theresa Klugh (James). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
