C. and Shelby McGaughey (Tyler) of El Paso, Texas; his wife Bev Cappel of Shawnee, Kan.; his stepsons, Matt of Shawnee, Kan. and Jack Eber of Shawnee, Kan.; and his siblings, Harry A. Cappel III of Corvallis, Mont., Karola A. Karlin of Leavenworth, Marcelle M. Cappel-Chmidling of Leavenworth and Elizabeth C. Haffner of Leavenworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
