She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Carlos Perez; her brother Curtis Houser, Jr.; and her grandparents, Cyrus, Maria Houser, Earl and Geneva Schweizer.
She is survived by: her mother Barbara Ann Houser (Schweizer); her children, Jalissa Montes (Jose) of Garden City and Marcus Perez of Johnson; her grandsons, Pedro, Isaiah and Alex Montes; and her father Curtis Houser.
