He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Batterton (Scrivner) of Johnson; his wife Cindy Whittington; his daughter Darci Diane Batterton of Manter; his siblings, Evelyn Hacker (Chuck) of Wichita and Lynn Batterton (Lisa) of Manter; his grandchildren, Blaze of Johnson, Belle of Johnson, Birdie of Johnson and Bristol Batterton of Johnson; and his great grandchild Oaklee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson - Garnand Funeral Home (605 W North Ave, Johnson City, KS 67855). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (202 S Nipp St, Johnson City, KS 67855).
