She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulys Ford and Lulu Ford (Harding); her former husband Jack Curtis Jacobs; her husband Larry B. Lalicker; her daughter-in-law Johnan Jacobs; and her grandson Scott Downey.
She is survived by: her children, Tonnie Downey of Wichita and Gary (Janet Jacobs) of Isabel, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Julie Downey (Jason Purinton), Angie (Tony Saggerson), J. W. (Brenda Jacobs) and Jason (Kelly Jacobs); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Connor and Brandy.
