He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Wehling (Fritz) and Hazel Thomas Wehling; his wife Rose M. Jones; his daughter Kathy Segalla; and his siblings, Clyde Wehling (Ruth), Dick Wehling and Shirley Boots (Edwin).
He is survived by: his children, Judy Wardrum (Steve) of Dallas Oregon and Jerry Wehling (Cheryl) of Kansas City, Missouri; his son-in-law Ed Segalla of Las Vegas, Nevada; his sister Beth Rose (Merle) of Pratt; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Wehling of Hutchison, Kansas and Betty Hoge of Shawnee, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Wardrum, Bill Segalla, Brian Segalla, Kristen Segalla and Bryce Wehling (Bridget). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and one expected; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion Post 98 of Isabel or the American Cancer Society in care of Larrison Mortuary.
