We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2022, at the age of 90, Maude Ilene Burns of Iola, Kansas, born in Hepler, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Stringer (Dale) and Angie J. Stringer (Bruce); her husband Vere R. Burns (Bob); her son Terry Wayne Burns; her siblings, Wayne Stringer, Eugene Bauder and Evelyn Stringer; and her great grandchild Cecil Dobbs.
She is survived by: her children, Cinda Jones (Mike), Don Burns (Jane) and Ron Burns. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great- grandson; and numerous other relatives and friends.
