He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Kenneth and Lois Marie Sullivan (Rawlins); his brother Kenny Sullivan; and his niece Morgan Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Sullivan of Hugoton, KS.; his children, Nicholas J. Sullivan (Havi) of Aurora, CO., Dillon M. Sullivan of Denver, CO., Angie Hester of Elk City, OK., Mika Sullivan of Moore, OK. and Danae Crane (Matt) of Lake Jackson, TX.; and his sisters, Janet Sawyer of Odessa, TX. and Debra Kallenbach of Hugoton, KS.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
