He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Kreider and Rosa I. Kreider (Armstrong); and his siblings, Irene, Harry and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Vaughn H. Jewel of Horton; his sons, John Kreider (Angie) and Rick Kreider; his granddaughter Reba Matthias (Jordan); and his great grandchild Lucille Elaine Matthias.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Disciples of Christ Christian Church – for the food pantry, in care of Dishon Maple Chaney Mortuary.
