He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gallagher and Elizabeth Morgan Gregg; his wife Rita Presutti; and his children, Mary Gallagher, Elizabeth Gallagher and Charlie Gallagher.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Gallagher of Oregon, Sheri Rodriguez of California, George Gallagher of California, Mark Gallagher of California, Nicole Gallagher of California and Bobby Gallagher of Kansas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
