He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Riggs and Blanche Riggs (Cryer); and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his children, Linda Lansdon, Pat Landon and Arnold Riggs of Garden City; his grandchildren, Tracy Collins (Mark), Michelle Myers (Eric), Ryan Herrman, Trisha Lewis (Dan) and Adam Riggs; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Collins, Cameron Collins, Amber Myers (Landon), Karter Myers, Tulsyn and Kreaton Riggs; and his great great grandchildren, Vincent and Aurora.
