He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Blackford (Schweitzer) and Maurice Blackford; and his stepmother Maud Blackford. He is survived by: his sisters, Charlene Hildebrand of Logan and Shelia Blackford of Hill City; his nephew David Hildebrand of Logan; and his nieces, Susan Dilbeck of Great Bend, Karen Hildebrand of Logan and Nancy Brown of Manhattan. He is also survived by two great nephews, six great nieces; nine great great nephews, and four great great nieces.
