He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Farrell and Annie Riemann; his grandson Grant Farrell; his siblings-in-law, Maurice Riemann, Ed Steichen, Eugene Engel (Melba), Dwight Lowman, Betty Weigel (Bud) and Shirley Engel; and his great-aunts, Katherine Farrell and Mary Hinkhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Farrell; his children, MaDonna Reiter (Craig), Chris Farrell and Brian Farrell (Dena); his stepgrandchildren, Loren, Bonnie Reiter, Nick, Laura Reiter, Adele and Josh Reiter-Nordin; his grandson Dustin Reiter (Aimee Wentworth); his great grandchild Ivy; his granddaughter Larissa (Ryan Prather); his great grandchild Jax; his grandchildren, Josey Farrell, Olivia Farrell, Tommy Farrell and Kelsee (Donny Hildebrand); his great grandchildren, Emmalynn and Quinnlynn; his stepgrandson Brandon (Karley Gaede); his children, Axel and Otto; his stepgrandsons, Steven (Hannah Gaede) and Lane Lippelmann; his granddaughter Caitlin Farrell; his stepgranddaughter LaKynn Lippelmann; his siblings, Robert Farrell (Donna), Agnes Steichen, Sister Rosemary Farrell, Marlene Dockins (Ron), Larry Farrell (Anita) and Joan Dolan (Mike); his siblings-in-law, Laureen Farrell, Edna Lowman, LeRoy Engel and Joe Engel (Sherri); and also, Gyp, Triston, Hudson, Rosemary, Penny and Silas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
His contribution to education is expanded through the lives of many students creating a legend in our community.
