She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvena Kinney (Sims) and Marion Francis Kinney. She is survived by: her husband Loren Johnson of Bogue; and her children, Steven Johnson (Sheryl) of Oakley, Terry Johnson (Suzanne) of Lawrence, Corey Johnson (Joanne) of Bogue, Vicki Johnson of Bogue, Sherri Brown (Troy) of Hays and Jessica Dirks (Troy) of Garden City. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
