He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Riggs and Blanche Riggs (Cryer); his children, Rebecca Diane, Mark Allen and Kerry Ray; and his granddaughter Cassidy Riggs.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene of Hill City; his children, Aaron Duane Riggs (Vikki) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Nancy Renee McGinnis and Melissa Kay Kenyon of Hill City; and his brother Willard Riggs of Garden City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
