He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Nelson Batchelder and Hattie Alice Smith Batchelder; his brothers, Charles, Paul and Bobby; his wife Glenna Batchelder (Zimmerman); his children, David, Rebecca Batchelder (Darst) of Lee's Summit, Amy (Batchelder) and Jeff Handlin of Englewood, Colorado.; his granddaughters, Claire Batchelder, Amelia Handlin and Ella Handlin (Bill); his brother Bill; and his children, Charles, Nancy Batchelder (Johnson) of Highland, Paul, Tricia Batchelder (Fish) of Louisburg, Kansas, Robert and Kathy Batchelder (Dunlap) of Colorado Springs, Colorado.. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
