He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Hazel Williams (Sothers); his parents-in-law, Howard and Thelma Rodecap; his son-in-law Mike Smith; and his granddaughter Tiffany Neil Cordy.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Kinkead; his children, Richard (Crash), Angie Kinkead (Rick), Sarah Chamberlain (Jeff) and Suzie Smith; his grandchildren, Richard Williams III, Shane, Mason Chamberlain, Dakota Latimer (Jake), Jordann Smith, Cooper Eberly, Crystal Drennen (Dustin) and Josh Neil (Kelsi); and his siblings, John Williams (Kristy), Arthur Williams (Susie), Karen Foxworthy, Caroline Parnell (Steve), Debra Hendrix (Mike) and Douglas Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
