It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold F. Twombly of Highland, Kansas, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Twombly and Neoma Mae Long Twombly; his wife Virginia Weinberg; his son Earl; his wife Joyce Hinton Twombly; and his siblings, Harriet, Raymond, Neoma, James, Marjorie and Wesley.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Veach (John); his grandchildren, John Veach (Eileen), Jeffrey Veach, Jamie Windmeyer (Craig) and Jeremy Twombly (Angela); his great grandchildren, Tanner Veach (Callie), Austin Veach, Ashton Veach, Dana Windmeyer, Carlie Windmeyer, Jordan Veach, Dustin Veach, Katie Twombly, Jarrod Twombly and Nikki Twombly; and his great great grandchildren, Kasen Veach and Kyler Veach.
