She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Paul and Dorothy Pauline Roeder Sr. (Nondorf). She is survived by: her daughter Natashia Cecil of Hays; her former husband Mike Cecil of Goodland, KS; and her siblings, Ron Roeder Jr (Tina), Curtis Roeder (Donna), Phyllis Ailey of Goodland, KS and Rita Gattshall (Todd). She is also survived by six nephews and nieces; and 5 great nephews and great nieces.
