It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta Hayden (Goodland, Kansas), born in Russell, Kansas, who passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Rice and Hannah Inman Rice; her children, Ben Hayden (Billy) of Norman and Gaylene Shank (Dennis) of Goodland; her grandchildren, Tiffany Musil (Casey) of Louisburg and Cade Shank of Wichita; her great grandchildren, Megan Scott of Hays, Hannah Jones and Zachary Musil of Louisburg; and her sister-in-law Vida Rice of Middleton, ID. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
