He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Dole and Lola J. Dole (Castleman); and his brother Scott L. Dole. He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Thompson (Schoonover); his daughter Crystal Archer (Kevin); his grandsons, Quinton, Colton Archer of Omaha, NE and Zachary Dole (Stefani); his great grandchildren, Zander and Skyler Dole of Colwich; his granddaughter Melanie Dole of Goddard; his brother Bradley Dole of Hutchinson; his stepmother Pamela K. Dole; his half-brother James Dole of Burrton; and his stepsiblings, Cliff Dole (Jill) of Virginia and Heidi Dole of Hutchinson.
