With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madisen Ann Carr (Goddard, Kansas), who passed away on May 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandfather Philip Carr; her great-grandparents, Donald Peters, Russell Jensen and Carol Jensen; her parents, Barry Carr and Shannon Carr; her brother Soren Carr; her grandparents, Daniel, Cheryl Peters, Paul and Diane Bravell; her great-grandparent Jane Peters; her aunts and uncles, Matthew Peters (Jennifer), Brian Carr (Lisa), Julie Shepherd and Jennifer McClendon (Delvin); and her cousins, Josh, Wade, Chance, Daelen, Chloe, Hollan, Tate, Channing, Abbigail, Allison and Shay.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Caribbean Mountain Academy (Crosswinds), 4150 Illinois Rd. Ft. Wayne, Indiana 46804.
