He was predeceased by: his parents, Sennett Kirk, Jr. and Cathryn Kirk (Jones); and his sister Kathe Bell. He is survived by: his children, Dena Watkins (Eric), Bryan Kirk (Sara) and Leda Hovey (Nathan); and his brother Sennett Kirk. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Garnett VFW Post #6397, and left in care of the funeral home.
