She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Welpman and Mae Welpman (Daniels); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, Diana J. Willman (Steve), Scott (Kathryne), Anne of Prairie Village, William A. Neal II (Leigh Anne) of Fairway, Gloria L. High (Vaughn) of Eudora, Grant of Eudora, Maggie (Ryan) of Lawrence and Alex of Kansas City; and her great grandchildren, Grace and Maya. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and her close friends.
