She is survived by: her father Phil Dean Burkybile Sr. of Galena, KS; her pet Bella Ann Durbin; her husband Mike E Durbin; her children, Jennifer Hoover (Brittany Dixon), Chad Cole (Sarah) and Brad Cole (Amanda); her siblings, Phil Burkybile Jr. (Teresa) and Jerri Garrison (Bill); her grandchildren, Garret Castor, Montanna Lansaw, Vada Cole, Ethan Durbin, Erica Hoover and Jaxson Cole; and her close friends, Karla Avicola of Joplin, MO and Susan Conradt.
