He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Dale Scofield; and his nephew Wesley Scofield. He is survived by: his children, John David Cobb (Heather) of Galena, KS, Anthony Cobb of Galena, KS, Tyler Cobb (Kim) of Galena, KS and Kristi Scofield (Gage) of Wichita, KS; his stepchildren, Kayla Reed and Keith Reed of Michigan; and his sisters, Cheryl Seeman (Kevin) of Baxter Springs, KS and Brenda Jones (Robert) of Columbus, KS.

Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help defray expenses.
