It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forrest O'Riley Dugan (Galena, Kansas), who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred T. Dugan and Freda E. Dugan (Wiley); his wife Neva L. Dugan (Merrill); and his brothers, William "Dink" Dugan, Joe Dugan and Guy Dugan.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Dugan (Tammy) of Galena, Kim Jennings (Chris) of Neosho, MO and Sara Vaughan (Robert) of Baxter Springs, KS; his brothers, Jerry Dugan (Carla) of Galena and Tommy Dugan (Lynn Sturgis) of Grove, OK; his sister-in-law Reba Dugan of Galena; and his grandchildren, Jason Bryant (Chasity), Missy Bowers (Andy), Loricia Higginbotham (Tory) and Chelsea Marbut (Evan Garrity). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
