He was predeceased by: his parents, James Faulk and Patricia Faulk; his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Pisarcik; and his nephew Phillipp Childers. He is survived by: his children, Lyndsey, Cody (Mikala) and Harley; his stepchildren, Caylee and Courtney Lively; his former wife Tina; his sister Cyndi; his nephew Travis; his niece Emily (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Emmalynn, Colton, Waylon and Drew.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
