He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Evans and Anita Evans (Sinclair); and his brother Donald Evans. He is survived by: his sister Diane Evans-Sleep of Topeka, KS; his niece Kayla Renee Evans; and his close friend Jody Goodpasture of Horton, KS..
