He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ray and Hattie Fern Sieber (Riggins); his nephew Lloyd; his siblings, Sonny Sieber and Fern Sieber; and his great grandchild Navaeh.
He is survived by: his wife Rose "Maggie" Yarmer; his daughters, Robin Starling (Scott) and Raquan Hoffer (Roy); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Folks, Kyle Hodges, Kelli Erwin, EvanLee Folks, Josh Hodges and Thatcher Starling; his sons, Bob Sieber of Nowata, OK and David Sieber (Tomi) of Pampa, TX; his adoptive son Lloyd Wisdom; and his siblings, Faye Welcher and John Sieber (Donna) of De Soto, KS.. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Robert's name and may be payable to Rose Sieber to help defray funeral expenses and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
