He is survived by: his parents, Kelvin Vincent and Helen Elizabeth Hoover (Benson); his wife Carole of Eudora, KS.; his sons, Jimmy Hoover (Julie) and Jason Hoover (Lindsey) of Eudora, KS; his sister Eileen Kintsch (Walter) of Boulder, CO; and his grandchildren, Grace, Payton and Colby.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Eudora Schools Foundation and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
