He is survived by: his wife Judy Hull; his children, Jennifer Hull of Kansas City, MO, Jamie Hull and Jonathan Hull (Keri); and his granddaughter Hannah Hull of Emporia.

He wished to not have a service and contributions were made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
